Project Manager (Software/IT)

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager with at least one year of experience in the software or IT industry to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects by working closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables for software development projects.

- Monitor project progress using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to identify and resolve obstacles, ensuring smooth project flow.
- Regularly document and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and test plans.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and promote best practices in software project management.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in software or IT project management roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT project workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional technical teams.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Certifications such as CAPM, CSM, or PMP are a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on web or mobile development projects, cloud-based initiatives, or SaaS products.
- Basic understanding of budget tracking and risk management in IT projects.
- Technical familiarity with programming concepts, APIs, or databases is beneficial but not required.
