We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media channels, develop engaging content, grow our online presence, and foster community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to target audiences
- Monitor, listen, and respond to user comments and messages
- Grow and maintain a strong online community
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams for integrated campaigns
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform updates
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights)
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling content
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Video editing skills
