Ruby on Rails Developer

Pseudosquare is seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in Ruby and JavaScript, as well as experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to gather and define requirements for new features and enhancements.
Create and consume RESTful APIs to integrate with various services and enhance overall application functionality.
Implement test-driven development practices to ensure that code is robust, clean, and maintainable, utilizing relevant testing frameworks.
Debug and resolve application issues, optimizing performance and user experience on an ongoing basis.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Ruby on Rails and web development.
Document and maintain technical specifications and codebase to ensure alignment and understanding across the team.
