Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Videographer/Editor to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is passionate about video production and editing, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. As our Videographer/Editor, you will play a crucial role in capturing and editing video content for various purposes, including board meetings, day-to-day operations, client meetings, and creating podcasts. The primary goal is to create engaging and compelling video content to promote our company's culture and values on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality video footage of board meetings, day-to-day operations, client interactions, and podcast sessions.
Edit video content to produce visually appealing and engaging videos.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure videos align with our branding and promotional goals.
Use your creativity to enhance video content and tell compelling stories.
Stay updated on industry trends and video production techniques to continuously improve our video content.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in videography and video editing.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
Strong understanding of video production techniques, equipment, and best practices.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
