We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive (Email Marketing)

Role Objectives:

Represent the company's services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and progressing to consumer research to match our services with the right audience.
Identifying new potential Clients through cold approaches.
Manage and maintain a CRM database pipeline of interested prospects, engaging with the Account executives for the next steps.

Responsibilities:

Leverage Sales Navigator and other B2B databases to effectively reach the target audience through LinkedIn
Engage prospects through a multi-channel approach (Email, Call, LinkedIn Messages).
Running drip email campaigns
Maintaining clean and segmented data sets for email campaigns
Have a knowledge of best email practices
Consistently monitor campaign results for better open, conversion rates
Work on the staff augmentation model via LinkedIn
Utilize various sales tactics to drive results.
Understand the needs of potential prospects and convey PureLogic's value through email and LinkedIn
Work on new growth strategies as proposed by management

Requirements:

Experience in business development is preferred. (6 Months)
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency with Sales Navigator and Apollo.
Demonstrated creative problem-solving and robust analytical skills.
Excellent writing and listening abilities.
Collaborative mindset, prioritizing 'we' over 'me'.
