Sales Force Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement tailored solutions on Salesforce CRM to meet business requirements.
Develop, customize, and integrate applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
Ensure data integrity and security across Salesforce systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce and related applications.
Stay updated with Salesforce's best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong experience with Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Proficiency in Salesforce configurations and customizations.
Hands-on experience with Force.com Development.
Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Multi-Cloud Integration.
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
Experience with Tableau and Analytics Transformation.
Familiarity with Unified Commerce, Digital Communities, and Customer Engagement tools.
Strong skills in integrations, including Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
Knowledge of Change Management & Learning Processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and data models.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and deployment tools like Salesforce DX.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer).
Experience with Quote to Cash processes and Service Transformation.
Familiarity with Marketing Transformation and Sales Transformation strategies.
Previous experience in Agile development environments.
Experience with other CRM platforms or cloud technologies.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Salesforce development.
