We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our healthcare recruitment services across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of healthcare staffing. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the agency’s success.

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including NHS Trusts, private hospitals, care homes, and domiciliary care providers.
Develop and execute a business growth strategy to meet revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction to maintain long-term partnerships.
