We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Upwork Bidder to create compelling proposals, bid on projects, and secure clients for our technology services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Upwork’s platform, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of winning bids for IT and software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Bidding & Proposal Writing:
- Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Craft persuasive, customized proposals that highlight Quretechs’ expertise and value proposition.
- Tailor bids to meet client requirements and stand out from competitors.
Client Communication:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and clarify project details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client demands.
- Analyze successful bids and refine bidding strategies accordingly.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor bid success rates and provide regular reports to management.
- Continuously improve bidding techniques to increase win rates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Freelance Proposal Specialist, preferably in the IT/software development industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of Upwork’s platform, policies, and bidding process.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with technology services such as AI, blockchain, IoT, and software development is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
