We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (Remote - Females Only) to support senior executives with administrative and strategic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails and reports.
Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in travel arrangements, expense reports, and project management.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and stakeholders.
Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a digital agency or tech industry.
Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
