We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Android Developer with expertise in Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable Android applications that provide seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize app performance and ensure a high standard of quality through robust testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and integrate best practices into projects.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement engaging user interfaces.
- Integrate third-party libraries and APIs as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Android development with a strong emphasis on Java.
- Solid understanding of the Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.
- Proficiency in handling databases such as SQLite.
- Knowledge of Material Design principles and guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
