We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Pakistan's first true five-star Hotel Project, Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, Islamabad presented by J7 Global. As a leader in Real Estate and Commercial Projects, we are committed to delivering exceptional sales performance and exceeding our revenue targets. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive sales initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 plus years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
