We are seeking a Truck Dispatcher and Sales Representative with a strong background in sales and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in truck dispatch sales and a deep understanding of the transportation industry. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure the best deals with carriers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new carriers and clients to expand business opportunities.

  • Negotiate and secure competitive deals with carriers to ensure profitable operations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and carriers for repeat business.

  • Utilize dialers, CRM tools, and lead management systems to track and manage sales pipelines efficiently.

  • Work independently to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in truck dispatch sales with a successful track record.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to close deals.

  • Ability to convince carriers and clients for profitable agreements.

  • Experience with CRM tools, dialers, and lead management platforms.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
