Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Collections Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing basic accounting tasks, generating bills, following up with clients for payments, collecting tax challans, and reconciling payments in coordination with our tax lawyer. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and comfortable with both administrative duties and fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Enerate and issue bills and invoices based on completed deliverables.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and collect any necessary tax challans.
Reconcile received payments with issued invoices and coordinate with the tax lawyer to ensure accurate records.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications with clients.
Assist with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
Experience with accounting software (like QuickBooks) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
