• Identify the needs of the schools and make them part of the region's annual plan.
• Ensure the execution of annual plans of the region in relevant schools.
• Set targets for academic excellence and seek support from the regional manager to achieve the set targets.
• Ensure implementation of academic calendar and organizational interventions for academic excellence and character building in schools.
• Monitor the performance of school staff and give them on-the-job support when and where required.
• Participate in head office meetings/trainings and conduct principals' meetings to execute, analyse and review the annual targets.
• To build effective liaisons with district management, district educational management, educational institutions, private schools associations, civil society representatives’ media etc.
• To ensure policy compliance as per organizations and school operational manual and audit observations by Internal and external auditors.
• Conduct surveys for new openings and upgrading of schools as needed and arrange land (donate, purchase or lease) for school build projects.
• To provide reports, data and other information as per requirement.
• To work actively for shifting manual work on automation through effective implementation of SMS.
• Conduct training and orientation sessions, performance appraisals of school staff.
