Board and Committee Meetings

• Assist in preparing for Board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda drafting, and logistical coordination.

• Compile and distribute Board papers and other meeting documents promptly.

Corporate Governance and Compliance

• Maintain statutory registers and records, including member and director details, and share registers, and other legal documents.

• Support the preparation and filing of statutory returns, regulatory filings, and annual reports with relevant authorities.

• Monitor compliance deadlines and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to legal standards.

• Assist in the development and implementation of policies related to corporate governance and compliance.

• Assist in filing documents at the EAD, SECP, and Charity Commission offices in ICT and other provinces. 

• Assist in preparing and managing BOD Action Items.

• Assist in regular and rigorous follow-up with all board members on completion of the pending item.

• Assist in preparing the report for each BOD meeting on the status of Action Items.

Administrative and Operational Support

• Provide administrative support for the execution of governance-related initiatives and projects.

• Ensure proper filing and secure storage of corporate documents, contracts, and agreements.

Special Projects and Miscellaneous Tasks

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for the Company Secretary.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of company secretarial processes and systems.

• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Company Secretary to support organizational objectives.
