Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Resolve product or service concerns by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Proficient with customer service software and CRM systems (preferred)
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, if needed
