Key Responsibilities:

2. Handle Phone Calls: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
3. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
4. Manage Reception Area: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including restocking supplies and managing mail.
5. Provide Information: Provide information to visitors, clients, and employees, including answering questions and directing them to relevant personnel.
6. Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure discretion when handling confidential matters.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

4. Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
