Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, mail)
Provide basic administrative support to other departments
Maintain visitor logs and security protocols
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements
Female candidates; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant and professional appearance
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet browsing)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
