Reliable Dispatch Service is a truck dispatch company that provides best of the class dispatch services for owner-operators and trucking companies. Our team consists of 10+ truck dispatchers have been in businesses for over 5 years.
Job description
Reliable Dispatch Services is looking to hire 3 potential “Dispatch Executives” to meet its growing operational demand.
The ideal candidate must have:
1) English proficiency is a must (Communication with US based clients over the phone and Emails will be a part of day to day job)
2) Must be internet and Google search savvy.
Must be able to search, find, locate, information on Google or other work related platforms
3) Time and work flow management is key to success at this role.
JOB ROLE:
- Candidate will be provided training on booking truck loads, paperwork involved around it, dispatching the loads.
- Candidate will serve as a bridge between shippers and truck drivers.
- Candidate will be trained on all aspects provided you exhibit above mentioned skills in you.
EXPECTATION AND QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate will be entering a fast paced environment
- Multitasking, work load management can certainly help you a long way.
