Developing and maintaining partnerships to drive desired Business Growth.
Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline and be able to forecast business & Franchise opportunities.
Establish deep business and strategic relationships with Partners, and interact daily with the stakeholders in support of accelerating revenue across multiple sector market segments.
Overseeing processes to support partners such as training and enablement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Channel Planning, Marketing, Operations)
Managing Partner's relationships, their profitability, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Analyzing partner's performance in the region and making data-driven decisions to optimize partnerships.
Staying up-to-date with Real Estate Industry Trends and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
Communicating the region's strategy and performance to leadership and other stakeholders.
Ensuring partnerships align with company goals and values.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Pleasant & Convincing personality.
Good understanding and track record of negotiating and closing deals.
Enjoys good rapport with Management Top.
Candidates having Insurance Sales, Business Development, Project Sales, and Corporate Sales Experience, a maximum 2 years are encouraged to apply.
