Property Manager / Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Remote Property Manager / Project Manager to oversee the management of multiple properties across the USA. This role involves handling tenants, coordinating with employees, managing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring smooth operations of rental properties.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties remotely.
Manage tenant communications, lease agreements, rent collection, and dispute resolution.
Coordinate maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely resolutions.
Supervise on-site employees, contractors, and vendors for property-related tasks.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expenses, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with local rental laws and regulations.
Implement and optimize property management systems and processes.
Handle property listings, tenant screenings, and onboarding.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on property performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in property management or real estate project management (USA-based experience preferred).
Knowledge of tenant laws, lease agreements, and property maintenance.
Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage remote teams.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, or similar).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties remotely.
Experience handling vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams.
