You will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline. This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. You’ll work closely with the marketing and growth departments to build interest in our offerings and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and results-oriented, with a passion for connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities
1) Lead Generation:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and industry events.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the growth team.
2) Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM (Hubspot).
- Track and report lead conversion and engagement metrics.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to ensure progression in the sales funnel.
3) Collaboration:
- Coordinate closely with marketing for campaign-specific lead targeting.
- Work with the growth team to understand target audiences and refine outreach strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a lead generation or inside sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and research skills.
