You will take full ownership of our marketing operations, from strategy to execution. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building and optimizing funnels, creating and managing campaigns, developing content, and handling social media. This role requires a proactive and independent leader who can guide our marketing efforts with expertise and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Funnel Management:
- Design and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels to drive conversions.
Campaign Development & Management:
- Develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
Content & Social Media Strategy:
- Create and manage content strategies that align with our brand and goals.
- Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and set measurable goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers to create visually compelling marketing materials.
- Collaborate with other teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
Independent Leadership:
- Act as the guiding marketing force for the company, driving initiatives independently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong expertise in lead generation, funnel building, and campaign management.
Proficiency in content creation and social media management.
Excellent understanding of marketing strategies, analytics, and tools.
Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Experience collaborating with designers and cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the 3D printing or technology industry.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEM platforms.
Track record of growing brand presence and driving measurable results.
