Purpose:
The purpose of the Admin Coordinator position is to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the Head Office and field operations. The role is responsible for organizing events, coordinating with vendors, managing field visit logistics, maintaining compliance processes, supporting budget preparation, overseeing asset and insurance management, and ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping. The Admin Coordinator acts as a central point of contact for administrative tasks, contributing to smooth project implementation and overall operational excellence at RIZ Consulting.
