Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on Roomi Builder & Developer's properties and guide clients through the sales process.
Sales Generation: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other channels. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Property Promotion: Create compelling property listings and marketing materials. Utilize various platforms to promote Roomi Builder & Developer's properties and attract potential buyers.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices to facilitate successful property transactions. Handle objections and overcome challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Assist clients with legal documentation and paperwork. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, insurance, or call center roles.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Age requirement: 25-40 years.
Valid driver's license and own transportation preferred.
