Rozee is seeking an accomplished Head of Merchandising to lead our merchandising strategies and contribute to the overall business success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a small but dynamic team of merchandising professionals, guiding and inspiring them to drive sales through innovative and effective merchandising practices. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing product selection, pricing, and promotional strategies that align with our companys mission and enhance our brand presence in the market. You will leverage your deep understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior to implement strategic planning initiatives that significantly increase profitability, especially within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or cosmetic sectors. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. With over 8-10 years of substantial merchandising experience, you have a proven track record in driving sales and profitability while showcasing exceptional leadership and communication skills. Your role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure all merchandising efforts align with our broader business objectives, particularly in the realm of e-commerce and omnichannel retailing, thus maximizing customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and product availability.
