Rozee is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager Finance to lead the financial team and drive the financial strategy of our organization. In this role, you will oversee a team of five finance professionals, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and the effective management of budgets and forecasts. You will play a crucial role in the decision-making process by providing insightful financial analysis that supports our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent financial and accounting skills, along with a solid understanding of the regulations governing the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Your leadership will be essential in guiding the team's workflow, offering mentorship, and promoting a high-standard work environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality financial management.
Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with the accounting principles and relevant regulations.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including identifying trends, variances, and financial forecasting.
Develop and manage budgeting processes to align with the company's strategic goals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Ensure compliance with relevant rules and laws of the Pakistan Stock Exchange, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes.
Engage with various stakeholders, including upper management and other departments, to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
Identify and implement financial process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting and budgeting.
Mentor and train team members to encourage professional development and enhance overall team performance.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure proper findings and adhere to compliance requirements.
Monitor company's financial health, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities.
