Rozee is seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer who is proficient in creating and maintaining high-quality websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. The ideal candidate holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering, IT, or Computer Science and possesses a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in web development. In this role, you will focus on delivering user-friendly and visually appealing web solutions, ensuring they function seamlessly across multiple devices and browsers. Although this position does not entail team management, strong collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with teams to achieve project goals and deliver top-notch web experiences.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites, prioritizing WordPress as the primary platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs for the development of effective web solutions.
Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites deliver a consistent experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability, incorporating best practices for performance tuning.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of websites to ensure functionality across multiple browsers and devices.
Evaluate and integrate new web technologies and tools to enhance site quality and efficiency.
Maintain documentation of web development processes, updates, and best practices to ensure clarity and continuity.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in web development, sharing insights with the team to foster continuous improvement.
Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to align project aesthetics with functionality and consumer engagement.
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior web developers to enhance collective skill sets and productivity.
