The Branch Manager for Privilege banking is a vital leadership position within the Top Leading Commercial Bank, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch while ensuring exceptional levels of customer service and compliance with regulatory standards. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of 10 individuals, driving sales initiatives and fostering a customer-first culture. Utilizing your strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of banking operations, you will make critical decisions that affect branch performance and operational efficiency, while also adapting to changing market conditions to maximize profitability and growth in the local market. Your ability to assess risks and implement effective solutions will be crucial in maintaining the branch's integrity and financial health. Graduate from a recognized university (preferably Masters in Business / Related Subject)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 10 banking professionals, ensuring high morale and achieving performance targets.
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.

Analyze branch performance metrics and develop action plans to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Foster a culture of excellent customer service by training staff and implementing best practices.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate branch goals, share updates, and encourage team development.
Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive banking experience.
Prepare and analyze reports on branch performance and operational issues, presenting findings to senior management.
Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets and profit margins, to achieve branch profitability.
Stay updated on banking trends, regulations, and competitors to ensure the branch remains competitive in the market.
