•  Develop and implement a comprehensive creative and brand communication strategy aligned with company goals and stakeholder expectations
  • Define and continuously refine the brand’s value proposition to ensure strong market positioning and differentiation
  • Oversee the creation and consistency of all visual and verbal brand assets, including logo design, brand colors, messaging, and tone of voice.·  
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team to ensure clear direction, productivity, and professional development
  • Collaborate with internal departments—such as product development, sales, and customer service—to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to inform brand strategy and innovation
  • Supervise creative production, including art direction, graphic design, content creation, and multimedia development
  • Set, track, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and brand performance
  • Build strong relationships with external creative agencies and vendors to support high-quality, timely deliverables. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Creative Arts, Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–8 years of proven experience in creative leadership, branding, communications, and multimedia production
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing branding campaigns, particularly for international or global brands
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable creative strategies
  • Proficient in design and production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing/post-production software
  • Passion for storytelling, brand building, and understanding consumer psycholog
  • Effective project management capabilities, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Experience onboarding and collaborating with external creative agencies for branding and campaign development.
