Senior Email Marketing Team Lead

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Email Marketing Team Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a leadership role for a highly experienced professional who can strategize, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive results. You’ll be managing a team, planning targeted campaigns, and ensuring high engagement and ROI.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies
Lead and mentor the email marketing team
Create, test, and optimize email campaigns for different customer segments
Monitor campaign performance and use data to improve results
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams for effective execution

Requirements:

6+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Understanding of deliverability, list hygiene, segmentation, and A/B testing
