We are seeking an experienced and skilled Security Manager to oversee our security operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security protocols to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Security Protocol Development: Develop, implement, and manage security protocols to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and company assets.

2. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.

3. Security Team Management: Lead and manage a team of security personnel, including security guards, to ensure effective security coverage.

4. Access Control: Manage access control systems, including keycard systems, biometric scanners, and CCTV cameras.

5. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans, including procedures for fires, natural disasters, and security breaches.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security.

7. Budgeting: Manage the security budget, including allocating resources, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

8. Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external agencies, to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on security matters.

9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in security operations, including implementing new technologies, procedures, and training programs.

Requirements

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in security management, including experience in a supervisory or management role.

3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in security protocol development, risk assessment, and team management.

4. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, and regulations, including experience with security technologies and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certifications: Certifications in security management, such as the Certified Security Manager (CSM) or the Certified Protection Professional (CPP), are desirable.

2. Advanced degree: An advanced degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field is advantageous.

3. Industry experience: Experience in a similar industry or sector, such as government, law enforcement, or private security, is preferred.
