We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Order Taker to join our customer service team. The successful candidate will assist in taking orders, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Taking: Take orders from customers via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Order Processing: Process orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and applications.
5. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless order processing and issue resolution.
6. Data Entry: Accurately enter customer and order information into computer systems.
7. Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: FA, BA, O LEVEL, I.COM, D.COM, FA / EQUAL.
2. Must be Computer Literate.
3. Good Communicator
4. Quick Learner
