Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Processing: Accurately input and process financial data, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
Bookkeeping: Maintain detailed financial records, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports.
VAT Returns: Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
Tax Computations: Support the calculation of various taxes, such as corporation tax and income tax.
Client Communication: Interact with clients and colleagues to clarify information and address queries.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, and email management.
Requirements:
Education: Accountancy Qualification Background. Students and Part Qualified are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
