DA DATA ENTRY:
- Inputting Bank payments, Bank Receipts, Cash Receipts, Cash payments, and other relevant data into company databases and systems. (Debit and credit concepts are integral part of this job)
Data Verification:
- Comparing entered data with source documents (e.g., travel forms, booking confirmations) to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Data Management:
- Updating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other data entry software to streamline processes and ensure data integrity.
Report Generation:
- Creating and exporting reports, spreadsheets, and documents based on data requirements.
Discrepancy Resolution:
- Identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in data, and resolving any discrepancies found.
Communication:
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure accurate data flow and timely information.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Typing Skills: Accurate and efficient typing speed and accuracy are essential for data entry tasks.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is required to identify and correct errors in data.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage large volumes of data effectively.
- Proficiency in Software: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), or other data entry software is often required.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve data entry-related issues.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with other team members.
- Educational background: Graduation or Minimum I.Com
