We are looking for a savvy Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive high-quality, targeted traffic to our Amazon storefront and software brand websites. You will create and execute strategic social media campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and boost sales for both e-commerce and SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement social media campaigns focused on driving relevant traffic to our Amazon product listings and software websites.

  • Identify and engage target audience segments on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest.

  • Utilize paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to optimize reach and conversions.

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop product-focused posts, videos, stories, and ads that highlight product benefits and features.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to refine targeting and creative strategy to maximize ROI.

  • Use automation and scheduling tools (e.g., Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite) for efficient posting and audience engagement.

  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithm changes to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to nurture potential customers.

  • Coordinate with Amazon advertising and SEO teams to ensure unified messaging and traffic funneling.

  • Prepare regular reports detailing campaign success metrics and actionable insights.

Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Social Media Focus)

  • Proven experience using marketing automation tools to streamline and scale social media campaigns, such as:

    • Metricool

    • Buffer

    • Hootsuite

    • HubSpot Marketing Hub (social media automation module)

    • Sprout Social

    • SocialBee

    • Later

Skilled at scheduling, bulk uploading, and automating posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest).

  • Ability to set up automated workflows for audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and retargeting through social media channels.

  • Experience integrating social media automation with CRM and email marketing platforms to create multi-channel campaigns.

  • Proficient in monitoring automation performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.

  • Familiarity with APIs and third-party connectors like Zapier or Integrately for custom automation solutions.
