We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead a U.S.-focused cold calling campaign targeting medical professionals. This full-time contract position is remote and requires availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST). The SDR will introduce our business funding and credit line services to medical practices, generate interest, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the U.S.-based sales team. A confident phone presence, telemarketing experience, and a results-driven mindset are essential. Prior experience in financial services is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to medical practices across the United States.
- Engage confidently with doctors, practice owners, and clinic managers.
- Present and explain business funding and credit line options clearly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments or perform live transfers to sales closers based in the U.S.
- Maintain detailed notes and update the CRM system daily.
- Report daily performance metrics, including calls made, conversations held, and appointments booked.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, sales development, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
- Excellent spoken English with professional phone etiquette.
- Experience interacting with medical professionals is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, appropriate equipment, and a quiet workspace.
- Availability to work during U.S. EST or PST business hours.
