We are an expanding company in the retail fragrance sector looking to hire two enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our team in Karachi, specifically serving the Model Colony and Tariq Road areas. This role offers a great chance for individuals with experience in perfumes or branded retail to grow their careers within a customer-centric and innovative brand. Ideal candidates will be passionate about sales, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a strong grasp of retail operations and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by providing outstanding customer service.
- Inform and guide customers about a variety of perfume products to help them make well-informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure the sales area remains clean, organized, and inviting to create a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory efficiently, including restocking shelves to maintain product availability.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 2 years of experience in the perfume, fashion, or retail industry.
- Educational qualification of Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- A thorough understanding of retail operations and customer service standards.
- Energetic and positive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for sales.
