Gunness & Associates, a licensed Canadian immigration consultancy, is seeking an experienced and motivated sales leader to join our fully remote team. We specialize in assisting clients with various Canadian immigration pathways, including LMIA, Study Permits, PNPs, and Express Entry. As our client base expands and demand grows, we are focused on building a results-driven sales team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys closing deals, and is passionate about coaching and developing others to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sales team of 3 to 6 professionals, ensuring consistent achievement of key performance indicators and monthly sales targets. Develop and optimize a high-performing outbound sales process aimed at international clients. Train new sales representatives, monitor sales calls, review pitches, and provide ongoing coaching to improve team effectiveness. Track and analyze team performance, prepare weekly reports, and implement data-driven strategies to drive continuous improvement. Engage directly with high-value leads and close complex sales when necessary. Collaborate closely with company leadership to plan, forecast, and execute sales growth initiatives. Foster a motivating and competitive work environment that promotes a performance-driven culture.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years’ experience in B2C or B2B sales, including at least one year in a leadership or supervisory role. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in cold outreach, sales pipeline management, and CRM systems. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and support a sales team effectively. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized, self-driven, and focused on achieving measurable results. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.

Additional Details
