The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by identifying and engaging potential clients. This role demands full ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution from start to finish. The candidate will provide standardized solutions to client queries and maintain strong customer engagement to enhance the overall experience. Additionally, managing the customer database and forecasting sales opportunities among untapped clients will be key components of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive identification and engagement of potential clients.
- Take complete ownership of customer issues, ensuring all parked concerns are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Provide standardized, accurate solutions to client queries to uphold service quality.
- Maintain strong customer engagement to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Regularly manage and update the customer database and forecast sales opportunities for untapped clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of one year of relevant sales experience, including both outbound and inbound sales.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in call handling is essential.
- A proactive approach to building and maintaining positive client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- The position is based in Islamabad, with preference given to local candidates.
- Monthly salary offered is Rs 37,000.
