SAP EWM Transformation Senior Consultant / Manager

Capgemini Invent is looking for a skilled professional to lead warehouse transformation initiatives by combining advisory consulting with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) project leadership. This role requires working closely with clients to develop innovative, data-driven solutions that address both current challenges and future needs in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, creativity, and deep technology expertise to drive meaningful change and optimize warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead advisory consulting engagements focused on warehouse transformation projects, guiding clients through complex business challenges. Manage SAP EWM implementation and rollout projects, ensuring timely delivery and smooth adoption across the organization. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, primarily engaging with middle management to align solutions with business goals. Collaborate with business process owners to analyze current workflows, conduct as-is/to-be assessments, perform fit-gap analyses, and gather detailed requirements. Map business processes to SAP frameworks, identifying necessary customizations and enhancements to meet client needs. Drive continuous process improvements by recommending optimized tools and methodologies. Prepare comprehensive documentation and presentations that meet both Capgemini and client standards. Oversee all project phases, including estimation, component selection, design, implementation, and post-implementation support to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications
Excellent communication skills combined with a strong consulting mindset are essential. Extensive experience in process consulting, business blueprinting, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment specifically for S/4HANA EWM transformations is required. Proven success in end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects within S/4HANA environments, both embedded and decentralized, is critical. Deep knowledge of S/4HANA EWM features and innovations related to inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes is necessary. Experience with RF (Radio Frequency) and MFS (Material Flow System) is preferred. Familiarity with integrating EWM with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, QM, and TM is important. Experience working on EWM enhancements and interfacing with SAP and non-SAP systems is expected. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects using agile methodologies is also required.
