Key Responsibilities
Lead advisory consulting engagements focused on supply chain transformation. Manage SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) consulting assignments throughout implementation and rollout phases in supply chain planning. Build and maintain strong client relationships, primarily engaging with middle management to foster consensus on complex business solutions. Collaborate with business process owners to analyze core processes or journeys, conduct as-is/to-be assessments, perform fit-gap analysis, and gather requirements. Map these requirements to the SAP business process framework and identify necessary customizations. Drive process improvements and recommend enhancements for processes and tools to optimize performance. Prepare documentation and presentations that align with Capgemini and client standards. Coordinate and execute all project phases, including estimation, component selection, design, and post-implementation support.
Required Qualifications
Excellent communication skills paired with a consulting mindset are essential. Candidates should have strong experience in process consulting, business blueprinting, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment specifically for SAP IBP. A proven track record of working on end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects is required. In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP features and recent innovations is necessary, along with familiarity with integration of SAP IBP with other modules such as SD, MM, and PP. Experience working with interfaces between SAP IBP and both SAP and non-SAP systems is important. Demonstrated experience delivering projects using agile methodologies is expected.
