Amazon Virtual Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for an Amazon Virtual Assistant at ScaleForte. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Amazon clients through various channels. The Virtual Assistant will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing and updating content on Amazon product pages and ensuring the accuracy of product information.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience in customer service, ideally in an e-commerce or retail environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
