We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Recruitment Specialist with a strong focus on hiring and managing café staff. This role involves overseeing recruitment for front-line café roles (Managers, Shift Supervisors, baristas, Team Members, kitchen staff, Bakery Staff, housekeeping, etc.) and supporting the daily HR needs of outlet operations to ensure smooth staffing and compliance with company policie
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Maintain and update job descriptions in collaboration with department leads.
Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and optimize processes accordingly.
Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on hiring.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Familiarity with recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
Experience hiring in hospitality.
