Your main job will be to call small and medium businesses, pitch our services (Website Design, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing), and close high-quality leads.
This is a performance-driven role—if you are persuasive and passionate about digital growth, you can earn a great monthly salary + commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients (daily calling targets).
- Pitch and explain our digital services clearly and confidently.
- Convert cold leads into warm, interested clients.
- Manage follow-ups and close deals professionally.
- Maintain CRM records and daily reporting.
- Coordinate with our marketing & design team for smooth onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker – Neutral or Natural Accent is a must
- Experience in Digital Marketing/Website/SEO/Ads Sales (preferred)
- Confident on the phone, able to handle objections professionally
- Basic understanding of services like SEO, Website Design, Google Ads, etc.
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
