We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Senior Accountant to take charge of managing and finalizing our company’s accounts. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and standards, along with strong skills in financial reporting and reconciliation. This position demands confidence and the ability to work independently throughout the full accounting cycle to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial management.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Perform detailed reconciliations of bank, vendor, customer, and intercompany accounts.
- Prepare and present financial reports, management information systems (MIS), and analyses for management review.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Corporate Tax, and other relevant financial regulations.
- Supervise junior accounting staff, reviewing their work for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate audit preparations and act as the primary contact for external auditors.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, accruals, and the general ledger.
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience with demonstrated expertise in finalizing accounts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and UAE local accounting standards.
- Strong background in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and audit preparation.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems.
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and integrity.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
