Located in Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi, this full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with over four years of professional experience. The role requires leading and actively engaging in all phases of the development lifecycle, from system architecture to deployment. The position operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and demands strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable and robust applications for both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack. Architect complex backend systems and design efficient APIs with Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, and SQL databases. Create dynamic, responsive frontends employing React.js and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. Lead DevOps initiatives including continuous integration and delivery pipelines, containerization, deployment, and system monitoring. Mentor junior developers and provide architectural guidance to ensure best practices are followed. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver features on time. Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the technology stack.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in full stack engineering is essential. Strong expertise in the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js—is required. Proven ability to design backend systems and develop APIs effectively. Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including Redis, is necessary. Solid experience in mobile app development using React Native is expected. Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment strategies is important. Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows is required. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing engineering teams or projects are essential. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills are a must.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with microservices architecture will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure is a plus. Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes is desirable. Previous experience working in tech startups or product-driven companies will be highly valued. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000. The work location is in-person, promoting close collaboration within the team environment.
