We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our energetic team and help bring the spirit of travel, adventure, and exploration to life through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will combine a strong passion for design and travel with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, travel guides, advertising campaigns, social media content, email newsletters, and website banners.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all design assets.
- Generate innovative design ideas that effectively represent the brand and resonate with the target audience.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual content.
- Work alongside the content team to integrate visual elements that enhance storytelling and create emotional connections.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to oversee the production and printing of marketing materials when necessary.
- Support the creation of visual assets for presentations, events, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively across departments.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A genuine passion for travel, adventure, and storytelling that inspires and informs design work.
- Willingness to travel 100% as required by the role.

This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs60,000.
