We are looking for a skilled Laravel Backend Developer to design and develop clean, scalable, and secure backend systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PHP and Laravel, focusing on building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. You will work closely with front-end developers and DevOps teams to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience. This role also requires leadership qualities, including conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and enhancing application performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure backend applications using Laravel.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs; integrate third-party services such as Stripe, Twilio, and AWS.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and DevOps teams to deliver a seamless application experience.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best coding practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Work closely with product managers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience with PHP and Laravel (version 8 or higher preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MVC architecture, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns.
- Proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization.
- Experience with version control systems, especially Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like Vue.js, React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience integrating APIs from third-party services such as Stripe, Twilio, and AWS.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
