This part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week, plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s expanding operations by ensuring efficient financial processes and service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement shared services models aimed at improving operational efficiency and business performance across multiple units.
- Ensure all financial transactions and administrative tasks within the Shared Services Center are processed timely, completely, and accurately.
- Maintain financial discipline by enforcing strong compliance checks and internal controls.
- Assist Country Offices in regularly updating and maintaining accounting records to guarantee data integrity and reliability of financial systems.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of experience in a similar financial operations role, preferably within an international development context.
- A strong service-oriented mindset with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Proactive in driving and supporting change initiatives.
- Solution-focused with sound decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of delivering clear and concise information.
- Comprehensive understanding of team-specific processes, systems, and relevant applications.
- Advanced proficiency in data management and financial systems.
- Fluency in English is essential.
